Where a Vetted Adviser is affiliated, this does not affect your right to choose your own adviser, broker, or representative.
You are under no obligation to engage any Vetted Adviser recommended by BusinessWanted.com and may proceed with your own appointed adviser at any time.

Vetted Advisers, whether independent or affiliated, provide their services under their own terms of business. Any engagement is a separate contract between you and that adviser.

BusinessWanted.com does not provide legal, financial, tax, or regulated advice and is not responsible for any advice given by any Vetted Adviser.

BusinessWanted.com does not act as agent for any buyer, seller, or adviser and owes no fiduciary duties to any user.

7. Fees and Commercial Terms
BusinessWanted.com is an independent commercial business and generates revenue principally from agreed fees arising from the introduction of business sellers to acquirers, whether directly or through the Vetted Adviser Network.

BusinessWanted.com may receive a commercial benefit where a user engages a Vetted Adviser, including where the adviser is affiliated by common ownership. Any such arrangements do not remove your ability to choose your own adviser and do not prevent you from engaging alternative professional support.

Where a fee applies:
-
it will be agreed separately and in advance
-
it may be payable by the seller, the adviser, or another party depending on the circumstances
-
it may relate to an introduction, facilitated engagement, or transaction support
-
it will be documented under separate terms as required
No party is obligated to proceed with an introduction or engagement, and BusinessWanted.com retains complete discretion over whether to facilitate or progress any introduction.

8. No Guarantee of Service or Outcome
Involvement of a Vetted Adviser does not guarantee:
-
that an introduction will be made
-
that any party will proceed
-
that any transaction will complete
-
that an adviser will accept an engagement
-
that exit planning or valuation support will be available or suitable in every case
All commercial decisions remain the responsibility of the parties involved.
